My Story
Welcome! My journey is a blend of diverse experiences and a passion for helping others. I started as a private tutor in 2010, and despite a background in Special Education, I ventured into sales. Notably, in 2017, I sold a Ford Ranger XLS, which set the stage for my unique mix of education and real estate expertise.
In 2018, I began teaching ESL to Chinese kids, and in 2019, I sold a studio-type condo worth 2.2 million pesos. My career took a significant turn in 2021 when I became a real estate trainer. Since then, I’ve sold two socialized houses and helped a family find their dream home.
My mission is to help people achieve their dreams, and this website is a reflection of that passion. I believe in stepping out of comfort zones and embracing new challenges. A memorable experience was teaching tech-averse adults aged 50-70, which reinforced the value of adaptability and empathy.
